These movies show the fine vasculature of the mouse hippocampus in three-dimension. In addition, GFAP volume immunostaining and a high resolution light sheet microscopy scan reveal the three-dimensional distribution of astroglial cells and their spatial relation to blood vessels in the mouse hippocampus.
