In collaboration with prof. Peder S. Olofsson (Karolinska Institutet Dept. Medicine, Division of Cardiovascular Medicine) and Dr. Elvira Mass (University of Bonn, LIMES Institute), we study the complex interactions of peripheral nerves and immune cells, with special attention to macrophages in the liver and the lung.
